Nestled in a prime location, the hotel granted us easy access to the private beach, allowing for serene moments by the enchanting Lake Lugano. The free Wi-Fi in our room was a convenient touch that kept us connected while we enjoyed beautiful views from our window. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, even offering to help with laundry when I found myself in a pinch.
